Made from the raw sap of the coconut blossom, this coconut vinegar is naturally fermented for a minimum of 10 months without adulteration. 100% natural, 0% preservatives. With the ‘Mother of Vinegar’, a naturally occurring living mixture of good bacteria and widely regarded by some as a natural prebiotic. We ensure this vinegar keeps its goodness and purity. We are the only company that keeps in the Mother Gel. The Mother Gel kick starts the natural fermentation process and we regard it as an important and natural part of the vinegar that shouldn’t be stripped out.

A vinegar is a vinegar. Right? Wrong! Our vinegar is raw, unfiltered and is naturally fermented. It is hand crafted in small batches in The Philippines and lovingly packed in the UK.

<strong>How to use:</strong>
Coconut vinegar can be used just like apple cider vinegar. You can add it to your marinades, salad dressings and sauces for an extra kick of naturally fermented goodness. Alternatively, mix 1 tbsp. of coconut vinegar in a glass of water, with a dash of lemon and coconut nectar, for a gut friendly drink to help digestive health. It’s ideal for Asian dishes or pickling your veggies. Some even use coconut vinegar for its beauty benefits as an astringent, to keep hair and skin shiny!
